Two wonderful holiday homes in Trosnäs with one of Öland's best locations, where you can enjoy the sea view and the fine sandy beach at Norrholmsvik, which is within walking distance. A wonderful shallow beach that is perfect for younger children. You have a patio deck with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the peace and the view of the Öland landscape and the sea. The large house has an open living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. You sleep on the upper floor, where you have a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the more open bedroom above the stairs there is a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine is on the lower level. In the beautiful newly renovated stone house on the plot there is a small kitchen, dining area double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds that can be put together. Note that there is a ladder up to the loft, which is not suitable for smaller children. Also in the guest cabin is a bathroom with wc, sink and shower. Here you have two nice houses with plenty of beds, which is perfect if you are a larger group that wants to celebrate a holiday together. It is possible to charge an electric car (type 2) on site for an extra payment. This is the right place both to recover and to explore Öland, as there are a variety of excursion destinations. You have a popular bakery 6.5 km away in Södvik that offers a light lunch as well as its popular pizza. At Hotell Persnäs there is a pool, restaurant and events during the summer. You have fine restaurants in the cozy fishing village of Sandvik. There are also beautiful stone beaches and swimming beaches here. Also, don't miss Böda's rolling beaches and the atmosphere in cozy Byxelkrok.
