This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom House is near everything that Toowoomba has to offer. It is our family home that we let out during our time away. It has everything to make your stay comfortable.
Close to St Andrew's Hospital, Shopping Centre, parks and a short drive to the city centre. Linen supplied. Free Wifi. Netflix available on the main television in the lounge room. Please list the name of all guests who will be staying when you place your request. A maximum of 9 guests allow at the property.

This is a lovely quite part of the city close to St Andrew's Hospital, Scared Heart School, the Toowoomba airport and Wilsonton Shopping centre with easy access to their Supermarkets, chemist, bottle shop, cafes, fast food outlets and a hotel that has lovely meals. A quick 4km drive into the city centre
Outside parking only under a double carport - no access to the garage.
No parties allowed - all consideration is to be given to our neighbours.

This is our home and we rent it out during our time away. We will not be at the property during your stay but you will be greeted by a friend who will give you access and show you around the house. If our friend is not available, we will contact you by email and tell you how to access the house and its facilities. We are always contactable by phone or email.
We are not coffee drinkers, so we don't have a fancy coffee machine! We do supply a minimal amount of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits upon your arrival.
A welcome book will detail all the things you need to know about the property and the town in order to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible.
Cleaning is only completed upon departure. For long term stays, cleaning can be arranged by our cleaner for a fee. Please let us know if you would like this service.
House rules:
* All guest names must be listed at the time of your request and only listed guests are allowed to stay. Please list name of guests in your request to book. Any guests who arrive and are not listed will be charged at $50 per person per night.
* We expect guests to leave the house in the same condition they entered it in.
* Do not leave dishes in the dishwasher. All dishes must be cleaned and put back in cupboards before your departure.
* If you accidentally make a mess, clean up after yourself.
* If you accidentally break something, be kind and let us know.
* No smoking indoors - only outside of the front door area or the back deck and gardens. Clean up butts and ash if you smoke outdoors.
* Pets are not allowed. If you turn up with a pet, you will be asked to leave with no refund given.
* No parties allowed - all consideration should be given to our neighbours.
* Please turn off all lights, heaters and air-conditioners when you vacate the house.
