Summary: I booked Angsana because of the lovely setting of the resort. I’m disappointed with how the resort is maintained with shower drains being clogged, no hand towels in the bathroom. Also, no power plugs for US or UK standards. These are easily fixable and it can be a great resort, staff can be better trained.
