Park your car in the driveway and walk to everything that Avoca Beach has to offer. Very comfortable light and bright house divided into 2 apartments. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Price is for the whole house. Wonderful hardwood deck upstairs with undercover area for dining. Relax and just watch the world go past and enjoy the views to the beach. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors leading onto upstairs deck. Clean, with modern furniture. Relax in the comfortable lounges and sleep peacefully at night to the sound of the waves. Flat screen Smart TV with chromecast and NETFLIX channels. Free Wifi. The outdoor entertaining area in the back yard under 100 year old Norfolk Pine tree is a wonderful place to sit with a book and an icy cold glass of chardonnay! No Pets
