Guest interaction We are always just a phone call or Airbnb message away if you need our help with anything. Other things to note Our unit is located on level 3 and the complex does not have a lift. This is no problem for most people however we want to make sure you do know it if stairs are a concern for you. We have aircon in the main bedroom only. The living room as well as the main bedroom also have a ceiling fan. The neighborhood Marrickville is a vibrant inner city area with cafes, bars, restaurants, farmers markets, live music venues and a theatre. Newtown is two train stops away or a 10 minute bus trip. Living within walking distance to light rail stop, bus stops and train station make living in Marrickville so easy to commute. Getting around Getting around is super easy. The bus and train stop is a short walk away and so is the light rail. We also have parking if you arrive with a car. Note: Please note that a 1.5% credit card fee applies and a $750 security deposit will be collected that stays fully refundable at the end of your stay as long as the unit is returned in its original condition.
