Three independent bedrooms and two tiled baths and a futon area for an additional get-away which creates space for independent relaxation. This is a very cozy and communal house but also offers separation and privacy.

Gleaming wood floors and tile floors throughout and nicely furnished. All of this in the HEART OF NEW ORLEANS that is easily in walking distance to all that Magazine Street has to offer, with its James Beard nominated and Michelin star restaurants and cute local boutiques for art, antiques and apparel. With all this to offer, the house if still on a quiet residential street with off-street parking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The house offers a safe front-row location for all of the Uptown parades with convenient parking for 2 cars and offers very easy travel to the Fairgrounds and downtown to the Dome. Please note that any 30-day period that overlaps with either the Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest periods is priced differently - for the Mardi Gras period it is $7500 for the 30 days and for the Jazz Fest period there is a $1500 extra charge. Additional days above a 30-day periods will be prorated at the standard $130 daily rate which will allow you arrive earlier or stay later at the standard daily rate.
