The terrace is southwards located and surrounded by a wall with greenery in front. On the property besides the house is a parking place for the car. On the ground floor are a spacious kitchen and living room, a separate bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. On the first floor are a big bedroom with two beds (parents), a bedroom with a bunk-bed (2 children) and a bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. The house is fully air conditioned.
