Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location of home stay is near Udupi main gopra arch. It's on the service road. I booked the stay at midnight around 01:00 AM IST while I was travelling. Within 30 minutes property care taker Vishnu got in touch confirmed the booking asked for check in time and arranged early check in as well. Mr Vishnu was such a nice Host, as soon we checked in he shared all the schedule details what all places are there beaches, temples, hotels with address and bike rental, auto arrangements car service etc. Mr. Vishnu shared all the details for 3 days stays which to cover when and had follow ups to check if everything was good to go.

Negative: There is no close by shops if you want to buy anything. Either you have to go by auto or walk for 1.5 kms closely.

Summary: Good home stay for last minute booking at peak time
