Positive: It was clean, and comfortable

Negative: It has seen better days. While the staff is clearly trying its best to keep it clean and working, there are issues that need maintenance— a broken window, old carpeting… it’s frayed around the edges everywhere

Summary: Very basic amenities, but very good staff and great location
