This attic apartment is on the second floor of a detached apartment building with eleven residential units on a little residential complex, in the quiet and up-and-coming Baltic Sea town of Pelzerhaken at the end of a beach boulevard in a pedestrian zone with resident access only. There is a promenade right nearby with attractive shops and an ice cream café, as well as a pier, the beach and the sea.
