Kramphult Sjöåkra is only in the small hamlet of Aneboda near Lammhult, only about 40 km north of the state capital Växjö. Here you will find u. a. also the small airport, which Ryanair also flies to from Germany.
The name "Sjöåkra" already suggests that the house is just 50 m from the lake. We have our own lake access and a jetty, so that you can enjoy the water at any time of the day.
Our holiday home was built in the 1950s as a so-called "Stuga" and at the end of the 1970s it was expanded to include a south-facing extension of the same size with bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and a bathroom.
We acquired this idyllic property in 2017, completely renovated it from scratch and completely refurbished it. A new bathroom, the new functional, bright fitted kitchen of a Swedish furniture store as well as new top floors, electricity and a large terrace with a lake view meet our high expectations for a guest residence. All rooms are bright and typically Scandinavian.
The house is optimally designed for an occupancy of 4 adults or families with up to 3 children.
The house stands on an approx. 2,500 square meter natural site with a great lake view from all rooms. Harvest your own blueberries and cranberries on the property and roam the open countryside.
A boat, a canoe and the grill fireplace complete the leisure character of our house. You park your vehicle safely on the property.

Through the main entrance, which is protected by a covered veranda - where you can of course sit in the balmy evening hours and have the lake in front of your eyes - you reach the hall of the house. On the right you come into the master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. The room is open up to the pointed roof. Windows on the south and west sides make the approx. 15 sqm room spacious and bright. In addition to the double bed, there is a small sleeping loft under the roof for two more sleeping places. If required, we will of course provide you with a travel cot free of charge.
You now go back into the hall and come to the right hand in the completely redesigned and renovated bathroom. Here we have built a bright and modern shower room with toilet and vanity. The window to the back of the house gives additional daylight.
Next to the bathroom and also to enter from the hallway is the small but functional kitchen. The white country house kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and plenty of work space. The design of the walls corresponds to the typical Swedish interior and therefore fits very well with the holiday home. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and furnishings (such as Toaster, microwave, coffee maker etc.). Through the kitchen you get to the typically Swedish back entrance or exit. This way you can conveniently bring your purchases directly to your home and have access to the terrace and outbuildings.
At the back entrance is the small adjoining building on the left, in which u. a. the washing machine, a freezer and a filleting table made of stainless steel for processing your fish are also housed.
To the left of the main entrance you enter the approx. 18 sqm living room. On the right are the comfortable sofa with armchair and coffee table. The dining area is set up to the left of the window with a lake view. Flat TV with German Programs, WiFi connection and the open fireplace round off the comfortable furnishings. There is seating for five people. The original wooden floor has been refurbished.
Following this living-dining room, you will reach the second bright bedroom. Equipped with a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 m), chest of drawers and cupboard - and of course a lake view.
All rooms can be heated with electrical elements, in the living room with an open fireplace and a comfortable heat pump, which can also be used as air conditioning.
All furniture and furnishings were newly acquired in 2017/18.
Outdoor area:
Here you have sufficient terrace and garden furniture to relax. Large table, parasol and loungers, grill fireplace and clothes dryer. Furthermore, the small rowboat 3.90 m for fishing and exploring the lake and canoeing. A small four-stroke engine can be rented on request. If required and depending on availability, larger fishing boats "Type Linder Fishing 440" with 4 HP four-stroke and corresponding equipment can be rented. These are primarily very useful for our angler guests. For details see details and by arrangement.

TV (flat TV), satellite system with German programs, radio / CD player, many children's and board games, books, thrillers and magazines, DVD player, internet connection.
Others:
Pets are not allowed, non-smoking house, additional costs to be settled on site: 3 SEK per kw / h electricity (empirical value in summer approx. 30 € per week for 4 people) - payable on acceptance in SEK. We charge 1,000 SEK for the mandatory final cleaning.

The handover and acceptance of the house is carried out by us personally. If necessary, we are also available to you personally on site for questions and problem solutions during your stay. You can also rent bed linen or towels for a small fee if required.
