Positive: Gautam and Jaffer at breakfast were good, the first receptionist with glasses made blunders by booking us in a run down smelly phase 1 room with construction mess outside because they looked at their convenience, as the porter was reluctant to take all the luggage in phase 2 which is beautiful but another receptionist Anjum was helpful and kindly sorted it out giving us a better room. Thank you Anjum. Food is very tasty but very expensive.

Negative: A lot of things went wrong sadly! Only 1 room key is given. No uber or ola private taxis charge extortionate rate due to monopoly Sujit at the Equa restaurant was pushy and wanted us to buy more food even when we said we don’t want, there was also bit of a misunderstanding explaining the dished by him and that made him frustrated due to which he deliberately started the insect repellent steam when we were eating causing a huge steam, which is very unprofessional. We had to leave midway eating because of him strange behaviour. It should have started before the opening and not when customers were eating. It ruined our dining experience. There is no room service daily. You have to call on WhatsApp as the phone lines in the room are dead. Power cuts can happen for short duration throughout the day and night. Tv in the room is difficult to use with confusing two remotes. Reception won’t pick up for 1.5 hours when we had a query. Geyser system in place so no consistent hot water supply in shower. Be prepared for old style bucket baths!
