A near-new residence in an attractive, peaceful native bush setting at the edge of the national park and short walk to beach, ocean pool, restaurant, local store, tennis courts and waterfall - spacious open-plan living opens to a furnished all-weather deck with BBQ; air conditioned and fully equipped kitchen, quality comfortable furnishing and appliances with an emphasis on simplicity and comfort - sleeps a maximum of six, two queen beds, two singles and full size cot. Lots to do for kids - bring bikes, boards and tennis rackets - a well stocked bookshelf, board games and DVDs for varying ages and tastes - family dog is welcome providing s/he is house trained and of a size and temperament that poses no threat to local wildlife. Cats and other pets are not permitted.
Smart TV, NBN, Wi Fi - beds made up prior to arrival - basic kitchen ingredients, tea coffee etc are included. Upon request, specific groceries can be provided prior to arrival.
Teen parties and indoor smoking are not an option for this property, nor is it available for noisy groups, parties or functions of any sort.
There is no back garden.

Rates, bookings and payment - are only accepted via the Stayz/VRBO site.
If your booking request is accepted, you will be emailed a link requesting the deposit payment using credit / debit card through the secure Stayz website. A 20% deposit secures your booking and is payable within three days of confirming your booking. The balance of payment will automatically be withdrawn from the same credit / debit card 28 days prior to your stay.
A cleaning fee may apply.
Please note that booking dates can be changed if necessary, depending on availability and notice.
Bookings in December, January and during school holidays are accepted for a minimum of 7 nights and three nights minimum stay applies at other times.
