Summary: No hot water in the shared bathrooms. Management at this hotel has spent a lot of money doing up accom and putting an air conditioner in each room but no running hot water in the bathrooms. Not acceptable in 2026 to not have hot water for a shower especially with extreme heat. Tv in room did not work either. There is no excuse for being sub-standard. Housekeeping should be checking hot water in bathrooms each day and management should be getting hot water fixed. Housekeeping should also be checking the operation of tvs on a daily basis as well or at least when people check out of rooms. Improvement is needed.
