Completely renovated, very bright, with dual aspect windows, located in the heart of the countryside near the Loir River between Durtal (49) and Bazouges Cré sur Loir (72). Ideal for visiting La Flèche Zoo and enjoying the "greenway" between Durtal and La Flèche, connected to a network of cycle paths leading to Le Lude, Baugé, and La Suze.
On the ground floor: a living room (TV), a bedroom/sitting room with a pull-out bed for 2 people, an entrance hall with WC, a large kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), a utility room with washing machine, all opening onto a terrace. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 WC and an adjoining dressing room; 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, 1 shower, 1 WC, all opening onto a spacious landing.
Nearby attractions: La Flèche (10 km) with its Prytanée National Militaire (military academy), its Italian-style theater, and of course its famous zoo, celebrating its 80th anniversary this year! Enjoy the festivities running from April 11th to September 30th, 2026 (see website). Le Lude (25 km) and its inhabited castle. Visit Angers and its colossal medieval castle (45 km), home to the largest and oldest tapestry in the world: the Apocalypse Tapestry. Also visit Le Mans and its old town (50 km), as well as its 24 Hours Museum near the legendary racetrack! And of course: the Loire Valley châteaux (Saumur, etc.), Fontevraud Abbey (45 km), and we're only 1 hour and 30 minutes from the world-famous Puy du Fou theme park.
Activities: cycling (rentals available at the La Flèche tourist office), hiking on marked trails, horseback riding (La Flèche), tennis (Bazouges 4 km, La Flèche 10 km), swimming (Durtal 4 km), the banks of the Loir River, relaxation.
