Only 2.5 hours away from Sydney, it’s a perfect weekend destination for friends and families to relax, refresh, and rejuvenate. The space : Iris Acres has a land size of 42 acres (over 17,1500 sqm) and a floor size of 303 sqm with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The entire house is designed in a U shape. The centre of the house features with a gorgeous open kitchen and dining area that can accommodate 8~10 people sharing a meal.
On the right wing, the lounge room is featured with a sandstone fireplace. This is an entertainment area for friends and families to entertain each other with traditional board games instead of mobile phones or tablets. There is a very large TV room opposite to the lounge room.
There are 4 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms on the Left Wing. Here are the room and bed configurations: 1 Queen - x2 people 1 King - x2 people with Ensuite Bathroom 1 King - x2 people 1 Single + 1 Double + 1 Pull-out Mattress - 4 kids.
