Kitchen has a gas stove for the ambitious chef. All gas, electricity, internet and household basics such as wipes, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and coffee machine filters included.

Tennis and badminton rackets and balls and a number of garden games. The house is on a one-way street with a turnaround with very low traffic, kids can play tennis on the turnaround area.
The marina is a perfect and safe place to spend a day of playing with the water toys.
In 2026 there will be a pool adjacent to the veranda, parents can keep an eye on their children from the kitchen. It will be a round pool of 3,5m diameter and 1,2m deep. Parents must keep an eye on bathing children at all times!
