The living space of approx. 90 m² is spread over two fully heated floors. The windows are fitted with electric shutters to darken the room. On the ground floor there is a living area with a seating area and Smart TV (German and English channels only), a dining area, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and double bed (2 × 0.90 m wide). The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. The upper floor offers two further bedrooms, each with a double bed (2x0.90cm wide) and a satellite TV (German and English channels only), as well as a further bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The fully enclosed property is fenced towards the road and the neighbour. On the other two sides, the property borders on water. In Den Helder, approx. 10 km away, you can take the ferry to Texel, go on a boat trip to the seal sandbanks or visit the maritime museum. Den Oever is approx. 20 km from your holiday home.
